The GLTD II is a compact, lightweight, man portable, laser designator and rangefinder. Developed to enable combat soldiers to direct laser-guided munitions, such as Hellfire missiles and Laser Spot Tracking munitions. The GLTD II can be implemented as part of a sophisticated digitized fire control system with thermal or image-intensified sights.
