The Night Sight Maintenance Facility, AN/TAM-6(V)3, is a modified S-280 shelter used to support all configurations of man-portable common thermal night vision sights.  The facility is operated by two technicians, MOS 2171.  The facility requires one skid mounted 18,000 BUT, 60 Hz Environmental Control Unit (ECU),  (B0012) and one 30Kw, 120/208v, 50/60 Hz generator for operation.
