The requisition identifies the following education/experience requirements.
Must have the following qualifications:
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical concentration
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Minimum of 6 years experience in software development
- Thorough working knowledge of object oriented analysis, design, and programming
- Minimum of 4 years experience with Java, and Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) development including the JEE web-based technology stack

BAE Systems is looking for a dynamic Program Analyst to assist the company's further expansion into Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) in supporting the Marine Corps Operational Test and Evaluation Activity (MCOTEA), Quantico, VA. Responsibilities include: assist MCOTEA MAGTF C4ISR Division Head and Test Branch Managers in the development, drafting, and production of the full range of operational test documents such as Test and Evaluation Master Plans and Detailed Test Plans; assist MCOTEA by attending and participating in meetings to include Test Concept Validation Conferences and Content Review Boards; and support the Operational Tests conducted by the MAGTF C4ISR Test Division. This position will primarily support tasks involving equipment and systems of the Marine Air Command and Control System (MACCS).

This billet is an Assistant to the Program Logistics Management Specialist (LMS) / Equipment Specialist (ES) supporting the Marine Corps Systems Command, Program Manager Anti-Armor Systems. Place of work is on base in Albany, Georgia.
Duties include:
- Logistics Analyst for Saber Weapon System and readiness reporting daily through the MERIT system for EROs and send to BAE (Stafford) Logistics Analyst.
- Monitor monthly Screening Reports for Anti Armor Weapon Systems (Javelin/TOW/SMAW).
- Monitor Statements of Work and Contract Deliverable Requirements Lists.
- Keep e-file/hard copy emails concerning all equipment.
- Track training and coordinate up-coming schedules.
- Update and maintain Combat Loss File for TOW, Javelin, and SMAW.
- Prepare Agendas/Schedules/Action Items & follow up on action items/tasks.
- Gather information from Readiness Reports and distribute to Equip. Specialist & LMS.
- Record weekly readiness numbers on spreadsheet.

Required skills - Possess an in-depth understanding of USMC logistics concepts, policies, and procedures - including organizational (operator/crew) & intermediate (field) level maintenance, along with USMC supply & maintenance practices.

Specific Job Description Candidate will support the Marine Corps Systems Command, Program Manager, Optics & Non-Lethal Systems Program Office (PM ONS) at the Marine Corps Logistics Base in Albany, GA. Responsibilities of the position include:
(1) serving as the Logistics, Provisioning, and Technical Subject Matter Expert for image intensifying night optics and electro-optic test, measurement, diagnostic, & support equipment;
(2) providing information and advice to those who design, test, produce, procure, supply, operate, repair, or dispose of electro-optic equipment;
(3) providing technical input during the development of procurement and technical data packages;
(4) compiling, maintaining, and analyzing data for tools, parts, components, and standardized maintenance procedures needed for efficient field use and maintenance;
(5) providing assistance during the conduct of logistics assessments supporting new equipment procurement decisions;
(6) preparing high quality logistics documentation such as Supply Instructions, Technical Instructions, Modification Instructions, and Disposal Plans;
(7) assisting in the development of repair manuals and technical bulletins and overseeing the completion of Cataloging Action Requests and supply catalog data/information;
(8) interfacing with Logistics Managers and Inventory Managers at Marine Corps Logistics Command on behalf of PM ONS.
Additionally, candidates must have the ability to multi-task, be familiar with MS Office tools/products, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
This full time position is located in Albany, GA supporting MCSC, PM ONS.
Typical Minimums Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
